When nutrition isn’t lined up well because of lifestyle, bad habits, or anything else, it can have detrimental effects on people in their daily life as well as in the workplace. Here are some benefits to nutritional education and counseling in the workplace:

  • Can improve/prevent many chronic health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, painful inflammation, and more

  • Healthier employees tend to be more happy, energetic, focused, and productive at work

  • Can lower healthcare costs for employer plus time and money lost on employee sick days

  • Healthy eating habits encourage a healthier lifestyle and can lead to less destructive behaviors like over-drinking and smoking.

Our Nutritionist will create a program specifically for your workplace needs. She can offer a one-time workshop, weekly or monthly in-person education series. She will provide handouts and some healthy goodies. Also, your employees will have the ability to access more personalized help outside of the workspace.
